Do you want to do something worthwhile and still get paid? Due to receiving a constant stream of new referrals we need to recruit more Home Support Workers.

Part-time Home Support Workers

Do you have a passion for supporting children with disabilities? If you do, we’d love to hear from you. You can make a real difference to the quality of life for children with disabilities and their families by providing regular support.

The majority of our work is evenings, weekends and school holidays so if you are studying or work in a school then we can fit around your other commitments. We particularly welcome students who are studying Social Work, Teaching, Health and Social Care or Nursing.

We care about our team as well as our families. This is what some of our staff say about us:

The management team are incredibly supportive and have been very flexible whilst I complete my nursing degree. Communication is excellent, I am well matched with clients, the pay is reasonable and the company really show appreciation when their staff work hard and do their best for the families they support. I cannot sing their praises enough!

I like the flexibility; great company to work for and they genuinely care about you as a worker.

It is a family run agency with family type values and clients and their families are the most important thing to everyone. There are lots of training opportunities and recognition of going the extra mile.

I work as a teacher and work as a carer for them during the holidays. Their training is fantastic and relates to my teaching job too.

I have never had support from senior members of staff like the support I get now. My boss is a huge inspiration for all and I feel like she values all of her staff and respects us all for the work we do. I feel like I am part of a team and I am proud to say that I work for Care Forum. I am listened to and all of my opinions are respect ed. During times where I have needed further support from management due to things in my personal life I am always supported above and beyond. If I have any concerns I am listened to and supported.

It is a very rewarding job, knowing that you make a child’s life happier and are helping the family with your support.

I like the friendliness of the whole staff team. You get a real sense of working as part of a team who really care about the families. I have a really good positive working relationship with management. Training is excellent too.

The hard work and graft put in by all involved in the office and in management. They’re clearly very passionate about what they do, not just to see the company profit, but to see the company genuinely have a positive impact on the lives of those it cares for. I have never spoken to a staff member that doesn’t enjoy their job, which I believe speaks volumes about the management style of the company. It motivates me to work harder and deliver a better service seeing my managers working so hard.
