What the staff team says about us

The organisation has a strong leadership team who value their staff. I enjoy working with the service users that the organisation supports. The organisation supports me to develop my skills and knowledge.

The organisation is extremely professional and has a very friendly and caring approach towards all of their staff. The clients we care for are treated with respect and we make a difference to their lives. Each team leader knows their caseload of families well and therefore allocates carers who are trained to meet their individual needs.

The work we do is relaxing and enjoyable and centres around the children and their interests or needs. I feel as though I’m helping families by giving them respite and it’s nice to know they appreciate what we do. Care Forum makes a real difference to young people with disabilities and their families’ lives.

Care Forum keep us updated on relevant information and practices, looks after our well-being/work-life balance and offers regular supervision and appraisals. Managers are always available by phone, text or email and are approachable and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble.
