Do you have a passion for supporting children with disabilities? If you do, we’d love to hear from you. You can make a real difference to the quality of life for children with disabilities and their families by providing regular support.
The majority of our work is evenings, weekends and school holidays so if you are studying or work in a school then we can fit around your other commitments.We particularly welcome students who are studying Social Work, Teaching, Health and Social Care or Nursing.

The hard work and graft put in by all involved in the office and in management. They’re clearly very passionate about what they do, not just to see the company profit, but to see the company genuinely have a positive impact on the lives of those it cares for. I have never spoken to a staff member that doesn’t enjoy their job, which I believe speaks volumes about the management style of the company. It motivates me to work harder and deliver a better service seeing my managers working so hard.

5.6 weeks annual leave paid per year pro rata plus mileage and performance bonuses.
